  • How do I reset my password?

    If you need to reset your password, please follow the steps below:

    Please go to https://vodacom.mytopdog.co.za/

    1. Click on "Login" on the top right-hand corner.
    2. A new page will load. Click on the "Forgot your password" link.
    3. Fill in your cell phone number in the cell phone number textbox.
    4. Click “Reset my password”.
    5. An OTP (One-Time-Pin) will be sent to your cell phone via SMS.
    6. The password needs to be entered exactly as it is in the SMS.
    7. If you would like to change your password to one you can remember, go to “My Profile” and enter a new password, and then click “Update” to save your new password.
  • Registration – I did not receive secret OTP (One Time Pin)

    We are unable to assist with the secret one time pin because it is sent directly from Vodacom. You need to have access to the cellphone number you have registered with to receive the OTP.

    Please ensure that you have registered with the correct cell phone number. Also, try and reset your password if this does not work.

  • Registering – What code must I use?

    The code is on the registration page. It is in the box of scrambled letters next to where you need to enter it. You must copy it exactly as you see it.

    Which internet browser are you using? Use Google Chrome as this is the preferred browser for the e-school. You can download Google Chrome at https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

    You need to enter this code for the registration process to continue.

  • Problems signing in - Are you registering for the first time or have you been on the e-school before?

    To register for the first time, please follow the steps below carefully:

    1. A guardian has to register and then register their child, to comply with regulatory requirements for minors.
    2. Use Google Chrome as your browser.
    3. When entering your cell phone number, make sure there are no spaces before and after the number.
    4. Please go to https://vodacom.mytopdog.co.za/users/register
    5. Fill in all the relevant information: your name, your cell phone number and password that you have made up and will remember.
    6. Your password must have 8 characters.
    7. Click on the "Register" button.
    8. A secret or one-time pin is sent to your cell phone via SMS, or email if you chose email verification, which you need to enter to complete your registration.
    9. You should then be registered on the system.

    Once you are registered you may add your child profile via the student_tracker page https://vodacom.mytopdog.co.za/users/student_tracker by selecting the "Create a new profile" button

    If you have registered before and forgotten your login details, please do a password reset by following these steps:

    1. Click on "Login" on the top right-hand corner.

    3. Fill in your cell phone number in the cell phone number textbox.
    4. Click “Reset my password”.

  • I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

    Click on “Sign in” and proceed by clicking on "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and click 'Reset" A new password will be sent to you. Please ensure you check you’re junk and spam folder as well.

In order for this account to be deleted, please enter the OTP that was emailed to you. The user data will be permanently deleted from the system.
